    The personal data collected relating to Business Partners (existing or potential Customers, Suppliers, Service Providers or Other Business Partners of Kingsland Polymers Limited and/or our sister company, Kingsland Plastics Limited, are limited to Name, Surname and Work Contact Details of Employees and Officers of the Business Partners with whom we are in contact, or may be in contact, for the fulfilment of Kingsland Polymers Limited and/or Kingsland Plastics Limited legitimate business interests.

    The personal data has been collected by us during direct interaction with you, for example by receiving your business card during meetings, or during email or telephone communications. In any case, your explicit consent will be requested in order for us to retain and use your work contact details for the fulfilment of our legitimate business interests.
     
  2. Storage of the data

    Your data will be stored at our premises, backed-up by our IT team and will be kept updated by whom you are in contact with as an officer of our company.

    Your work contact details will be used by us for the purpose of communicating with you during the fulfilment of our legitimate business interests and in connection with products or services provided by Kingsland Polymers Ltd. and/or Kingsland Plastics Ltd. to your Company, or by your Company to Kingsland Polymers Ltd. and/or Kingsland Plastics Ltd. Your work contact details will not be used for any other purpose than the one for which you have given your consent, i.e. for the fulfilment of Kingsland Polymers Ltd. and/or Kingsland Plastics Ltd. legitimate business interests in connection with the Company of which you are an employee or officer.
